Amanda Bynes, former actress and child star, is making her showbiz comeback as her nine-year conservatorship has been terminated.
Like Britney Spears, The Amanda Show star was placed under legal guardianship in 2013. Her parents filed to place her under this following what the movie star described to be a ‘dark period in her life’.

Following the end of her conservatorship, the 37-year-old released a statement through her attorney.
It read: “In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently, and I will continue to prioritize my well-being in this next chapter.
“I am excited about my upcoming endeavors – including my fragrance line – and look forward to sharing more when I can,” (via Sky News).
One endeavor is the star getting straight into is a new podcast with friend Paul Sieminski, which she announced on Instagram.
In the first episode, the pair interviewed their friend, Dahlia Moth, but Bynes says she hopes to take the show mainstream, interviewing celebrities and artists.
The debut episode is her first on-screen project since the 2010 comedy movie Easy A.
Bynes rose to fame in her teenage years through Nickelodeon, where she became a household name starring in All That, and landing her own comedy sketch show, The Amanda Show.
The star then took Hollywood by storm, landing roles in movies including She’s The Man and What A Girl Wants.
The star debuts a new look
Along with her new era, Amanda has also debuted a brand new look, platinum blonde hair. She was first spotted rocking the new look on Thursday, walking home from a coffee run.
She styled her new look into two space buns and made a statement with a bright red lip and long pink nails.
“Honestly good for her. She looks great,” wrote one fan on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Stacked and packed and ready to attack- she’s unstoppable,” commented another.
