Radric Delantic Davis, known by the stage name Gucci Mane, is an American rapper. He helped create the hip hop branch of trap music with fellow Atlanta rappers TI and Young Jeezy, especially during the 2000s and 2010s. In 2005, Gucci Mane debuted with Trap House, followed by is his second album, Hard to Kill in 2006 His third and fourth albums, Trap-A-Thon and Back to the Trap House, were released in 2007. After a series of reviews and releasing a commercially successful mixtape in 2009, Gucci Mane released their sixth studio album, The State vs. Radric Davis, his first album was certified gold. After serving a prison sentence from 2014 to 2016, he returned with a number of new retail ventures, including Everybody Looking, which was posted to rave reviews. His 2016 collaboration with Rae Sremmurd, titled "Black Beatles", gave Gucci Mane the first single on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts

This southern-influenced rapper rose to notoriety with his singles"Gucci Time" and"Wasted", the latter of which peaked at number three on the R&B Billboard. His most well-known role was in Harmony Korine's 2013 film Spring Breakers.
