Malibu Rescue has taken Netflix by a storm, and in turn so has its star, Ricardo Hurtado! If you’re unfamiliar with the franchise, it all started with a film that premiered on the streaming service in 2019. That was soon followed by an eight-episode series, and on August 4, 2020, the sequel to the movie was released.
The TV and movie series follows troubled teen Tyler (Hurtado), who is forced to attend the Malibu Junior Rescue Program in order to be disciplined. There, he befriends a group of kids, and a ton of competition, fun, and drama ensues.
