Outside of Russian Doll, Barnett is probably best known for starring in Chicago Fire for several seasons as Peter Mills. He also had a recurring role in Arrow season 8 as John Diggle Jr. and he recurred in the Netflix series You during the show’s second season.
Some of his other notable roles include starring in the short-lived NBC drama Ordinary Joe alongside James Wolk, Natalie Martinez and Elizabeth Lail. Besides Russian Doll and You, Charlie also appeared in Netflix series Special and Tales of the City.
Most of his work has been in television, but the 34-year-old star has also acted in several films, such as The Stand In, The Happy Sad, Gayby and even a brief role in Men in Black 3.
