Taylor Swift's dad is the MVP of her Eras Tour and you can't convince fans otherwise

Taylor Swift’s dad has been called the ‘cutest’ of all Swifties for his work at the Eras Tour, and fans are loving it.

Scott Swift, Taylor’s dad, or Papa Swift as people like to fondly refer to him as, has been an unexpectedly highlight for the Australian leg of the Eras Tour. Taylor Swift’s parents have been praised by her fan club – and the singer herself – for their dedicated to her career. The teenager’s family agreed to pack up and move to Nashville so she could chase her dream of being a music star. It clearly paid off. During her award show acceptance speeches, like at this year’s Grammys, she always expresses gratitude for them uprooting their life like that. Now, the former financial advisor has been hailed by fans as the ‘sweetest’ person after a new video.

In a recent clip from Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour in Sydney, we see her dad Scott hand out a tray of sandwiches to fans in the standing section who may need some grub.

Even if his daughter is the most famous celebrity in the world right now, it doesn’t matter. He doesn’t act like it.

The TikTok video is captioned with: “Isn’t he the sweetest and cutest,” with an overlay of text saying: “Papa Swift giving out sandwiches and fruits”.

We see Scott lean over a security gate with a tray of food for the variety of music fans in the crowd, including the youngsters.

‘This is so sweet’

Fans agreed, calling Taylor’s ‘Papa Swift’ a sweetheart for not being afraid to get stuck in to the work during the Eras Tour.

One wrote: “Papa Swift! You’re awesome! That is why your daughter is a sweet, kind, carying and generous person! You did alright.”

A second added: “I wanna marry Papa Swift. I mean if he wasn’t married lol, he is the kindest soul”.

A third added: “I love the idea that Taylor sees these while scrolling in bed and is just like ‘dad’s being a dad'”.

And a fourth claimed: “Just saw one of those sandwiches on eBay!”
